Psychometrician

We are seeking a Psychometrician with a Ph.D. in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field and 5-10 years of experience in psychometric assessment development and analysis. As a Psychometrician, you will be responsible for designing and validating assessments to ensure the highest levels of reliability and validity across educational and occupational contexts. Your role will involve conducting statistical analyses, interpreting test results, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include designing psychometrically sound assessments, conducting statistical analyses to assess reliability and validity, and staying updated on advancements in psychometric methodologies. You will collaborate with teams to align testing solutions with project objectives and improve assessments through data-driven methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in psychometric theory, proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS or R, and the ability to interpret statistical data clearly. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in test design, validation, and standardization. Preferred qualifications include continued education in psychometrics or measurement science and experience with item response theory (IRT) or computer-based testing platforms.
