Psychometrician

As a Psychometrician at Mindsight Clinic in Mumbai Malad, your main responsibility will be developing and analyzing assessments using Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory. Your daily tasks will include detailed test development, educational measurement, and job analysis. Collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure high-quality and reliable assessment results. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and analyze assessments using Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory - Conduct detailed test development, educational measurement, and job analysis - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality and reliable assessment results Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory - Experience in Test Development, Educational Measurement, and Job Analysis - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Ideally, you should hold a Masters degree in Psychometrics, Educational Psychology, or a related field. Any experience in the mental health or educational sector would be considered a plus. The job timings are from 11am to 8pm, with a 6-day working schedule.,
