You will be joining Mindsight Clinic as a Psychometrician in Mumbai Malad on a full-time on-site basis. Your main responsibility will be developing and analyzing assessments using Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory. Your daily tasks will include detailed test development, educational measurement, and job analysis. Collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure high-quality and reliable assessment results. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory, along with experience in Test Development, Educational Measurement, and Job Analysis. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ideally, you should hold a Masters degree in Psychometrics, Educational Psychology, or a related field. Any experience in the mental health or educational sector would be considered a plus. The job timings are from 11am to 8pm, with a 6-day working schedule.,
