Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Cambridge Global Perspectives and AS/A Level Psychology, aligned with CAIE curriculum frameworks.
• Foster student skills in research, critical thinking, analysis, communication, and collaboration.
• Support students in the completion of Global Perspectives coursework with individualized mentoring and feedback.
• Integrate real-world global issues and culturally diverse perspectives into daily lessons.
• Assess student work regularly and maintain clear academic progress records.
• Encourage classroom discussions, debates, and presentations that promote global citizenship and psychological insight.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development and academic success.
• Participate in school events, professional development programs, and collaborative departmental planning.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
• Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Cambridge Global Perspectives and AS/A Level Psychology.
• Cambridge-trained with familiarity in CAIE assessment and reporting standards.
• Strong knowledge of global issues, interdisciplinary teaching, and cultural diversity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student success, innovation in teaching, and continuous professional growth..
