We combine research-based pedagogy, digital tools, and teacher upskilling to nurture holistic development in primary learners.Role & Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging Hindi and Sanskrit lessons for Grades I–V, aligning with NCERT/CBSE learning outcomes.
  • Design weekly lesson plans, worksheets, and age-appropriate activities that foster listening, speaking, reading, and writing fluency.
  • Use storytelling, rhymes, and project-based tasks to cultivate cultural appreciation and linguistic confidence.
  • Leverage smart-class content and formative assessments to track progress and differentiate instruction.
  • Maintain an inclusive, well-managed classroom environment that supports positive behaviour and safety.
  • Collaborate with parents and faculty on student portfolios, remedial strategies, and co-curricular events.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • B.Ed./D.El.Ed. with Hindi as a teaching subject; working knowledge of Sanskrit.
  • 2+ years experience teaching primary grades in CBSE/ICSE setting.
  • Proficiency in Hindi & Sanskrit grammar, pronunciation, and script.
  • Competence with smart boards, Google Classroom, or similar EdTech tools.
  • Fluency in English for parent communication and report writing.

Preferred

  • CTET Paper-I certification.
  • Experience integrating NEP-2020 competency-based learning.
  • Basic understanding of inclusive education and SEN strategies.
