Job Description

As a potential candidate for the position, you will be responsible for providing chat, voice, and email support as part of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling chat, voice, and email interactions with customers or clients. - Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions. - Maintaining a high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in your work. - Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. In terms of qualifications required for this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, BA/BSC/BCOM. - 0-3 years of experience in chat/email processes or a related role. Previous experience in a corporate setting will be a plus. - Skills and abilities such as being proactive, self-motivated, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team player. - High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
