Key Responsibilities:


  • Proposal Development:

    Lead end-to-end proposal creation for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and alignment with company objectives.
  • Content Creation:

    Write clear, persuasive, and customized content that effectively communicates our solutions’ value proposition. Collaborate with SMEs to develop strong technical narratives.
  • Contract Vehicles Expertise:

    Prepare proposals for key GWACs and IDIQs such as

    GSA Alliant 2, GSA OASIS, GSA MAS Schedules, CIO-SP3, and NASA SEWP

    , maintaining up-to-date knowledge of their requirements.
  • Research & Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth research on government procurement opportunities, agency needs, and market trends to strengthen proposal strategy.
  • Proposal Coordination:

    Manage the full proposal lifecycle—scheduling, compliance checks, reviews, and submission.
  • Documentation & Templates:

    Develop and maintain templates, past performance documents, and reusable content libraries to streamline proposal processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Review proposal feedback and incorporate best practices to enhance quality and competitiveness.


Requirements:


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing for U.S. federal, state, or local government contracts. Proven success in GWAC/IDIQ proposals (GSA Alliant 2, GSA OASIS, GSA MAS, CIO-SP3, NASA SEWP).
  • Technical Skills:

    Strong understanding of U.S. government procurement regulations. Proficient in

    Microsoft Office Suite

    and

    proposal management tools

    .
  • Research & Analytical Ability:

    Skilled at gathering and analyzing complex information to create strategic proposal content.
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of persuasive writing.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized:

    Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certification:

    APMP or equivalent certification in Proposal Management.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Familiarity with IT services, healthcare, or defense sectors.
  • Software Experience:

    Experience with proposal management and CRM systems.
