Job Description

Technical Proposal Writer

Role & Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:

    Write and manage comprehensive technical proposal content, including white papers, resumes, and past performance narratives.
  • RFP Analysis:

    Analyze RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs (Requests for Information), and RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to develop detailed response outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal templates.
  • Coordination:

    Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary inputs and ensure timely delivery of all submissions.
  • Project Management:

    Maintain proposal schedules, lead review cycles, and ensure all submissions meet stringent requirements and deadlines.
  • Content Management:

    Support the upkeep of our content database and assist with performance metrics, compliance checks, and quality reviews.
