We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to support our pursuit and proposal team on large complex IT services deals

This role requires the ability to develop structured compelling and client centric proposal content that communicates value propositions clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and structure proposal content for large complex deals ensuring clarity compliance and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects delivery teams and subject matter experts to translate technical inputs into compelling business-oriented narratives.
• Create impactful executive summaries solution overviews and win themes that showcase differentiation and client value.
• Ensure consistency in tone style and branding across all proposal documents and presentations.
• Perform compliance checks against RFP instructions client requirements and internal governance standards.
• Manage version control and document governance coordinating timely reviews and approvals with stakeholders.

Skills Qualifications

• Strong technical writing and editing skills with proven experience in IT services proposals or large deal pursuits.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Good understanding of AI powered writing and design tools and how to leverage them to improve proposal quality verbatim alignment visual appeal and overall look and feel.
• Expert into proposal tools eg MS Word PowerPoint Adobe and collaboration platforms eg SharePoint Teams.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• Experience working on 50M TCV pursuits or global multitower IT outsourcing deals will be added advantage.
