Candidates with GCC experience are preferred.What Youll Do:• Execute controls documentation, assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements • Perform operational risk and non-financial risk assessments, identifying gaps and implementing remediation plans • Support governance activities, including risk control oversight, issue management, and timely escalation of control failures • Coordinate internal/external audits and exams, ensuring documentation and evidence readiness • Prepare and maintain reports for control tracking, analysis, and leadership dashboards • Collaborate with global teams to streamline processes and strengthen the control environmentSkill Buckets:Operational Risk | Non-Financial Risk | Process Control | Internal Controls | Internal Audit
