Job Description

Role Summary

Product Security Pentester

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform

    manual and automated penetration testing

    of:
    • Web applications, APIs, microservices
    • Mobile applications (Android/iOS)
    • Cloud and container environments
  • Execute

    advanced exploitation

    including:
    • Auth & authorization flaws, business logic issues
    • RCE, SSRF, IDOR, deserialization, privilege escalation
  • Conduct

    threat modeling

    and security design reviews
  • Validate findings from internal teams, bug bounty, and third parties
  • Deliver

    clear vulnerability reports

    with PoCs and remediation guidance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive secure fixes
  • Build or customize

    security tools, scripts, and exploits

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    offensive security / penetration testing

  • Deep understanding of

    web, API, and application security

  • Solid knowledge of

    Linux/Windows internals and networking

  • Proficiency with tools like:
    • Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nuclei, SQLmap, ffuf
  • Scripting or coding skills in

    Python, Bash, Go, or JavaScript

Preferred Experience

  • Product security or Secure SDLC exposure
  • Cloud security (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Kubernetes / container security
  • Bug bounty or red team experience

Certifications (Preferred)

  • OSCP / OSCE / OSEP

  • CRTO / CRTP

  • GWAPT / GXPN

  • CEH (Practical)

  • CREST certifications
