Night shift 7:00PM - 4:00 AM IST


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), primarily from state and federal government agencies. Your ability to craft compelling, compliant, and winning proposals will be crucial to our organization's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Proposal Management:

    Lead the entire proposal development lifecycle, from initial analysis of the RFP to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Content Development & Writing:

    Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality, persuasive proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition and differentiates us from competitors.
  • RFP Analysis:

    Thoroughly analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from state and federal agencies to understand requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance mandates.
  • Compliance Management:

    Develop and manage compliance matrices and outlines to ensure 100% adherence to all solicitation requirements.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, technical teams, and management to gather necessary information and develop accurate, compelling content.
  • Content Library Management:

    Develop and maintain a repository of reusable content, standard responses, resumes, case studies, and past performance profiles.
  • Proposal Design & Formatting:

    Ensure proposals are professionally formatted, visually appealing, and easy to evaluate, adhering to strict formatting guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Conduct final reviews and quality checks on all proposal documents to ensure zero errors in grammar, spelling, and content accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven, hands-on experience

    in a dedicated proposal writing role.
  • Demonstrable experience

    successfully responding to

    RFPs from state and federal government agencies

  • Excellent command of the English language, with superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of the government procurement process and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
