As a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging qualified IT consultants on the bench, placing them in suitable positions, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and building relationships with IT consultants actively seeking new opportunities. - Using various sourcing methods to find potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. - Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates" skills and experience. - Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and marketing them to clients for project placements. - Developing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. - Negotiating contracts with candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Coordinating with account managers and delivery teams for successful placements. - Providing regular updates to candidates on their submissions and interviews. - Staying informed about industry trends to identify new business opportunities. - Tracking and reporting key performance metrics related to candidate submissions, placements, and revenue generation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter with a successful track record. - Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends in the staffing industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients. - Ability to work independently in a competitive environment. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Capability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning.
