Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Direct Clients (US Staffing) Location: Noida (Onsite) Experience: 1–3 years in US Staffing / Lead Generation Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive with experience in US Staffing to focus on acquiring direct client leads. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, experience in using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc., and a proven ability to generate qualified leads for business development. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads for direct client acquisition in the US staffing industry. Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using online tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.). Build and maintain a lead database through web research, email campaigns, and outbound messages. Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers to hand over qualified leads. Schedule meetings or calls with key decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Delivery Heads). Track all lead generation activity in CRM and provide regular reports on progress. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of US staffing industry and client acquisition strategies. Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc. Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or client prospecting for US Staffing firms.
