Job Description

We are looking for a

Proposal Support Specialist

to assist with creation and/or collection of case studies and references preparation, pricing integration, and CVs update.ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant with a passion for sustainability to join our growing Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation Team (LPMR).As the world’s largest advisory firm focused solely on sustainability, we offer unparalleled expertise across business and finance.ERM partners with clients to operationalize sustainability at pace and scale, leveraging our unique combination of strategic transformation and technical delivery capabilities.Our diverse global team of experts collaborates with the world’s leading organizations to set clear sustainability targets, measure progress, and implement strategies through deep operationalization and business transformation.With more than 50 years of experience, our ability to integrate sustainability solutions and our extensive technical knowledge are why organizations choose us as their trusted advisor.Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing case studies, archiving and finding references, CV formatting, templates, and standard chapters (leveraging AI tools).
Support with pricing tool (Microsoft Excel), providing cost table in Client format.

Requirements:

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
The knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch will be considered as plus.
Strong organizational skills and proactivity
