Role Overview: We are looking for a Proposal Engineer with a strong background in wastewater treatment projects. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimations, and documentation for wastewater treatment solutions. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Proposal Preparation: Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals for wastewater treatment plants and services. Technical Analysis & Solution Design: Understand client requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and suggest the most suitable solutions. Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and pricing for projects. Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical clarifications. Tender & Bidding Process: Prepare and submit bids for tenders, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements. Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and latest technologies in wastewater treatment. Collaboration with Sales & Engineering Teams: Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and project acquisition. Who Should Apply Candidates with 2+ years of experience in proposal engineering, specifically in wastewater treatment solutions. Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment selection, and system design. Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and cost estimations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams. Experience working with industries, EPC contractors, or water treatment solution providers.
