Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process, Design & Proposal Engineer who has complete, hands-on experience in STP/ETP/WTP/ZLD projects — from concept design to proposal engineering. The ideal candidate must be able to independently handle process engineering, mechanical design, 2D/3D drafting, documentation, costing, and technical proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review P&ID, PFD, HFD for STP, ETP, WTP, and ZLD systems.
• Perform process calculations, hydraulic calculations, mass balance, and equipment sizing.
• Design and optimize processes such as:
• MBBR, SBR, ASP
• Clarifiers, settlers, DAF, Lamella, TPI
• Filtration systems (sand, carbon, dual media)
• Chemical dosing systems
• Prepare Design Basis Reports (DBR), datasheets, and process notes.
• Develop GA drawings, equipment layouts, and piping layouts.
• Support mechanical design of treatment equipment: clarifiers, filters, aeration systems, DAF units, tanks, etc.
• Create and manage 2D/3D models using AutoCAD/Plant 3D; perform clash checks.
• Review vendor technical documents for compliance and clarity.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals with complete technical write-ups.
• Develop detailed BOQs, BOMs, cost estimation sheets, and material specifications.
• Ensure design optimization based on cost, performance, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, fabrication teams, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Provide engineering support during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
• Resolve design and process-related issues with timely solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in STP, ETP, WTP, or ZLD design and proposal engineering.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Civil 3D, or equivalent CAD/design tools.
• Solid understanding of P&ID, PFD, equipment design, fabrication drawings, and layout engineering.
• Strong communication, documentation, and client coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle projects from sizing → design → costing → proposal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,420.26 - ₹58,067.57 per month
