Inviting applications for the role of Proposal Data Analyst

As a Proposal Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the proposal development process through data-driven insights, analytics, and reporting. You will collaborate with proposal managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to analyze RFP trends, track proposal performance, and maintain data repositories that enhance proposal quality and efficiency.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes by identifying patterns, optimizing content usage, and enabling smarter decision-making through data.

Responsibilities

• Analyse RFP/RFI data to identify trends, common requirements, and strategic opportunities.
• Support proposal teams with data-driven insights to improve win rates and proposal quality.
• Maintain and update proposal databases, content libraries, and performance dashboards.
• Edit and format business proposals, manage templates, check compliance, standardize content, create business proposal dashboard and Reports, and maintain collateral consistency.
• Maintain and continuously improve a centralized proposal content library, including templates, standard responses, case studies, and pricing frameworks.
• Conduct research on prospects, competitors, and market trends to strengthen proposal positioning and develop win themes.
• Analyse proposal performance metrics (win rate, turnaround time, content usage) and recommend improvements to Customer.
• Ensure proposal materials are easily accessible and up to date within the knowledge management or customer relationship management System.
• Track proposal metrics including submission timelines, win/loss ratios, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate proposal-related data.
• Assist in the creation of standardized reports and visualizations for leadership review.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the proposal function.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in proposal management, sales operations, or business development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and proposal lifecycle is desirable.
