CRM Analytics (CRMA) Einstein Model and Analytics Lead

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Desired Certifications:

• Required:

  CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant

• Preferred:

  Salesforce Administrator

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience performing the duties of a CRMA Developer or Lead, as outlined above.

Technical Skills

• Extensive Experience implementing

  Einstein Predictive Analytics Models,

  including Custom AND OOtB Models.
• This includes all aspects of the project lifecycle: working with Stakeholders to understand Business Need, understanding Salesforce data structure and business processes, building and iterating on the Model Recipe, refining and training the model, and release and maintenance of Einstein Models.
• Familiarity with

  data management, data visualization, and predictive analytics tools and practices

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  SDLC best practices

  , including system development life cycle, project management approaches, requirements gathering, design, and testing techniques.
• Proficiency in

  data modelling and design

  , including

  SAQL

  ,

  SOQL

  , and

  Recipe Builder

  .
• Expertise in

  CRMA dashboard design, build, and testing best practices

  .
• Hands-on experience

  integrating 3rd-party data with Salesforce

  as part of CRM Analytics implementations.
• Ability to

  translate business needs into functional requirements

  , communicate with development teams, and oversee development, testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Experience connecting and communicating with

  stakeholders

  , fostering collaboration and buy-in throughout the development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in

  project management tools

  such as Jira.
• Ability to
