Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain documentation for all Seva Group properties — owned, leased, and under acquisition.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable tenants while fostering long-term relationships.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.
• Scout new properties for purchase, lease, or investment and assess their potential value.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and negotiations (travel required 2–3 times a month).

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate or property management.
• Good understanding of real estate documentation, processes, and terminology in the Indian market.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
