Property Manager

Job Description: As a Property Manager based in Bardez, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties. Your main duties will include maintaining property rentals, advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating leases, securing premises, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance activities, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
