Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Kolkata. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of multiple properties, manage tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure optimal property performance. Additional responsibilities include executing marketing strategies to attract and maintain high occupancy rates, conducting property inspections, and handling lease agreements and documentation. The role demands excellent organisation and problem-solving skills to ensure properties are efficiently operated and maintained.

Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across all managed properties in Kolkata.
• Monitor caretakers, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and consistent property standards.

Owner Relationship & Business Development

• Build long-term partnerships with property owners.
• Conduct regular meetings to share performance insights and address concerns.
• Support negotiations and finalize agreements for onboarding new properties.

Property Onboarding

• Visit and evaluate new properties for brand suitability.
• Lead onboarding activities: legal documentation, photography, caretaker hiring, and listing setup.
• Ensure each property matches our brand’s positioning and guest experience expectations.

Cluster Leadership

• Take end-to-end ownership of the
