Property Manager

Key Duties

• Asset management (MEP), Planned, corrective, reactive, breakdown maintenance
• Housekeeping and landscaping
• Responsible for Transition Management from Projects to Operational sites
• Responsible for CAM & CAM budget
• Manage client relations, and collections of all existing and upcoming clients as per SOPs and timely resolution of all queries
• Responsible for implementation of SOP’s and Manuals at site level
• Responsible for coordinating with Govt. Authorities & local bodies
• Responsible for MIS
• Responsible for the effective and efficient resources management (People etc)
• Responsible to meet Turn Around Time (TAT) for customer complaints and requests
• Site level compliance management
• Work on creating data base for achieving economy of scale, wrt to Vendor / Consultant appointments.
• Client Life Cycle Management- Handover to Exit Management.
• Customer Onboarding & Satisfaction

Required Skillset:

Commercial/ Industrial/ Warehousing Property Management (technical & Soft services) for region at regional/corporate level

- Operations & Maintenance

- Budget Planning

- SOP / Forms & Format creation

- Should have knowledge to interpret CAM scope in lease agreements for industrial and logistic parks/commercial properties

- Should have handled minimum 4-6Lakh Sqft. Property

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
