HVAC technician

Key Duties

· Managing the heating, ventilation and Air conditioning maintenance activities within the facility

· Monitoring the daily maintenance of AHUs, chillers & piping system with scheduled monitoring system.

· Conducting daily inspection of HVAC&R system to avoid any mishaps or shutdown

· Troubleshoot hvac equipment.

· Replace hvac equipment (roof top units, condenser coils, evaporator coils, etc.).

· Repair vav boxes. Replace compressors

· Work troubleshoot Pneumatic controls.

· Work on Motors (troubleshoot, and repair motors)

· Maintain monthly inspection and maintenance of HVAC roof motors and fans and replace as needed; clean, grease and paint all equipment used in heating and ventilation.

· Schedule and complete the “Preventative Maintenance Program’

· Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.

· 100% adherence to the Health and Safety Policy

Personal Specification

· ITI or Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, Electronic mechanic

· BE/BTech – Mechanical

· 2 to 5 years in facilities management and building operations experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
