The Role

What you’ll do

• Run daily ops:

  front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast, safety & hygiene

  .

• Build and enforce

  SOPs

  ; conduct audits and quality checks.

• Manage the

  PMS

  &

  OTAs

  (Hostelworld/Booking.com/etc.), inventory, pricing hygiene & reviews.

• Track

  P&L basics

  : costs, supplies, and monthly ops reporting.

• Drive

  guest experience

  : events, tours, and community programming.

• Coach an

  on-ground team

  ; foster a culture of warmth & accountability.

You’ll thrive here if you

• Have

  2-3 years

  in hospitality/hostel/hotel ops (or similar fast-paced, guest-facing roles).

• Are a

  doer

  : love checklists, high standards,obsessed about hygiene  and getting things done.

• Know

  OTAs + Google Sheets/Excel

  ; make data-led decisions.

• Communicate well in

  English & Hindi

  ; familiarity with Jaipur vendors is a plus.

• Are willing to work shifts/weekends when needed (it’s hospitality!).

Salary- 2.5 - 3 Lakhs PA
