We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hospitality-driven Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term rental properties. You will be the key point of contact for our guests, cleaners, and maintenance staff, ensuring every stay is seamless and every property is guest-ready. You are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Guest Communication: Manage all guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs via messaging platforms and our PMS (e.g., Guests, Host fully, Hostway). Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any guest issues during their stay (e.g., WIFI problems, appliance issues) and coordinate swift solutions. Vendor & Team Coordination: Schedule and manage cleaning crews, maintenance repairs, restocking, and other vendors to ensure properties are always turnover-ready. Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to properties, including inventory management, key exchange, and reporting on property performance What We're Looking For (Requirements): Proven experience in property management, hospitality, hotel management, or a similar customer-facing role. (Experience in short-term rentals is a huge plus!) Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software (Property Management Systems, messaging apps, Google Workspace). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional tone. A proactive, "can-do" attitude with superb problem-solving skills under pressure. Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits. Available to be "on-call" for guest emergencies during evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
