After a successful first property, we’re opening our second in Jaipur and are looking for a hands-on operator to launch and lead it. The Role Own end-to-end operations for our Jaipur hostel—from pre-opening to steady state. You’ll set up SOPs, train the team, lock vendors, and deliver a guest experience that keeps occupancy high and reviews glowing. What you’ll do Run daily ops: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast, safety & hygiene . Build and enforce SOPs ; conduct audits and quality checks. Manage the PMS & OTAs (Hostelworld/Booking.com/etc.), inventory, pricing hygiene & reviews. Track P&L basics : costs, supplies, and monthly ops reporting. Drive guest experience : events, tours, and community programming. Coach an on-ground team ; foster a culture of warmth & accountability. You’ll thrive here if you Have 2-3 years in hospitality/hostel/hotel ops (or similar fast-paced, guest-facing roles). Are a doer : love checklists, high standards,obsessed about hygiene and getting things done. Know OTAs + Google Sheets/Excel ; make data-led decisions.
