This is a full-time on-site Property Manager role located in Kodaikanal at ARUNAI AGNI. As the Property Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of the properties. You will play a crucial role in managing budgets, marketing, leasing, and tenant communication to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and profitable. To excel in this role, you should have experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with a good understanding of local real estate laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in interacting with tenants and stakeholders. You should be capable of working well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrating proficiency in financial management and budgeting. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are also highly valued in this position.
