Property Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned properties (residential / commercial).
• Coordinate with tenants regarding lease terms, maintenance issues, and general inquiries.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Supervise maintenance and repair activities in coordination with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure timely collection of rent, security deposits, and other dues from tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and property-related expenses.
• Assist in preparing and renewing lease agreements, notices, and documentation.
• Handle tenant move-in and move-out processes smoothly and professionally.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking for property operations.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety norms, and company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on occupancy, collections, maintenance status, and tenant satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Real Estate Management / Business Administration / Facility Management / Commerce or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in property or facility management, preferably in residential or commercial real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, leasing processes, and property documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and property management software (if applicable).
• Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking with attention to detail.
• Willingness to visit sites regularly and coordinate with technical and housekeeping teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
