Property Advisor

You are a dynamic and result-driven Property Advisor who will be joining the growing team at Micro Mitti in Indore. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients to understand their property requirements and providing professional advice on buying, selling, or investing in residential/commercial properties. You will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, arranging and conducting site visits, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. Your key responsibilities will also include maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with the backend team for documentation and closure. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in real estate sales or a strong passion for the real estate sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Familiarity with local property laws and market trends, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, will be advantageous. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits is also required.
