Property Advisor

Location: Pune

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Advisor to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the real estate market, proven experience in sales, and excellent client relationship skills. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings.
• Advise clients on current market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Maintain updated knowledge of legal requirements, property documents, and market regulations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Prepare reports on sales, market trends, and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the real estate industry (minimum 2–5 years).
• Strong understanding of local property market and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹9,210.67 - ₹40,000.00 per month
