As a Sr. Property Advisor/Property Advisor at NK Realtors, your role is crucial as the key point of contact between the organization and its clients. Your responsibilities include: - Demonstrating, presenting, and selling/leasing properties to clients. - Working on leads provided by the company and generating self-leads. - Studying property listings, interacting with sellers, scrutinizing properties, interviewing prospective clients, accompanying clients to property sites, and feeding client data into CRM software. - Converting prospects into customers by showcasing properties that match their requirements in terms of price, size, and location. - Utilizing leads shared by the company and generating self-leads through business directories and client referrals. - Following up with customers over the telephone, visiting them at their preferred venues, and providing end-to-end guidance during site visits. - Maintaining all records of customer interaction and bookings through the CRM application. - Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant laws. - Enhancing the organization's reputation by taking ownership of job responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value. - Conducting property scrutiny based on surveyor feedback and traveling extensively within Kolkata and its outskirts on a daily basis. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Graduation in any stream. - 2-5 years of experience in handling sales profiles. - Good communication skills. - Smart, presentable, honest, and integrity-driven. - Knowledge of sales/purchase processes. - Responsiveness and negotiation skills. - Optional: Knowledge of the real estate market. - Dynamic, quick learner, with a deep interest in sales as a career prospect. - Ability to understand prospects" requirements and pitch property solutions effectively. - Good team player.
