Property Advisor

As a Property Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their property buying, selling, or renting journey. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties. - Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable property options. - Scheduling and conducting site visits and property tours with potential buyers or tenants. - Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients. - Negotiating deals and closing sales/rentals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction. - Maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and transactions using CRM software. - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
