We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Advisor for our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting residential flats/projects over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call prospective customers and explain project details.
• Generate leads and schedule site visits.
• Maintain customer databases and follow up regularly.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining sales relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of Property Advisor (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Confident personality with a passion for sales Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
• Experience in real estate sales is preferred

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream

Job Status:

Full Time day shift

Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• 100% (Preferred)
