Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating potential property acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and site visits.
  
• Conducting financial feasibility studies, due diligence, and risk assessments.
  
• Collaborating with Growth, Projects, and Operations teams to align acquisitions with business objectives.
  
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-potential locations.
  
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with brokers, landowners, developers, and local authorities.
  
• Monitoring zoning regulations, land use policies, and legal factors influencing property acquisitions.
  

Requirements:

1. Minimum

   3 years of experience

   in property acquisition, real estate development, or investment.
2. Strong knowledge of

   real estate markets, valuation methods, and legal frameworks

   .
3. Excellent

   negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management

   skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
   
5. Experience in

   commercial & residential property acquisitions

   preferred.
6. Strong industry network is a plus.
