Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Projects Engineer role at Dencil - Coimbatore With API 675 Dosing Pumps & Skid Package Experience in Oil & Gas Sector. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow, implementing strategic plans, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for developing project scopes, budgets, timelines, technical engineering calculations, sales, and bidding proposals; and ensuring that projects adhere to sound engineering principles while conforming to clients’ specifications. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating closely with customers, teams of design and engineering professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to satisfy project requirements and solve customer problems. The Primary role/function of the position of cost estimator is to prepare and/or review and endorse cost estimates of different levels of accuracy depending on the maturity of the project definition during the various stages of the project lifecycle. The role involves developing multi-disciplinary conceptual and definitive cost estimates for a variety of projects.

Should have relevant experience in Onshore or Offshore Brown Field & Green Field Oil & Gas Projects, should be familiar with API 675 Dosing Pumps, Chemical Injection Skid Packages, Modular Process Skids, Manifold Skids, Gas & Fluid Metering Skids, Pressure Vessels & Chemical Storage Tanks.

Qualifications

• General Management and Operations Management skills
• Minimum of experience in EPC / LSTK Project management or relevant Oil & Gas Projects
• Ability to deliver and complete projects, Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Experience in Customer Service and Team Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting & Cash Flow Management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum relevant experience in Sales and Project Engineering
• Knowledge of chemical dosing systems, process packages, and dosing pump design, rotating equipment's etc
• Experience in project and contracts management, sales promotion, and team management
• Experience in Microsoft Office, CAD, MS Project, and similar Software
• Ability to travel frequently and willing to work flexible hours
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple concurrent projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
