SUMMARY

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Security Solutions

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing expert technical support and implementation for access control, CCTV, and security solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with the Business Development team to expand security solutions, and conducting technical training for internal teams and partners. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technology and contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support for access control, CCTV, and security solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software and electrified hardware.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide immediate resolutions for technical issues.
Assist system integrators with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide pre-sales support, including design, BOQ preparation, customer POC’s, and compliance checks.
Support the business development team in expanding security solutions and customer base.
Conduct technical training for internal teams, business partners, and system integrators.
Provide certification training on access control and security solutions.
Assist in competency development for service teams and partners.

Requirements

Requirements:

B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
Certifications in security systems or technical support (preferred).
Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and integrations with Active Directory.
Understanding of electrified locks, drop bolts, EM locks, and SVP locks.
Knowledge of other related ELV systems like CCTV, BMS, PA, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
Quick learner with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
