What we are looking for

Role: NSX Engineer

Experience Range: 6 - 10 years

Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi

Interview Mode: Telephonic

Must Have:

1. In-depth expertise in VMware NSX-T, including network, firewall, and load balancing configurations.
2. Proficiency with standards-based routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
3. Strong understanding of core load balancing principles and advanced features (persistence, monitoring [TCP, HTTP, HTTPS], cookies, etc.).
4. Proven ability to ensure network reliability and availability through well-planned and implemented solutions.
5. Experience with improving network manageability and scalability.
6. Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting networks in NSX/NSX-T environments.
7. Familiarity with network deployment and configuration automation, and integration with compute/storage automation.

Good to Have:

1. CCNA Certification
2. Any Firewall knowledge

Essential:

1. Responsible for the NSX-T network, firewall, and load balancing configurations, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
2. Apply standards-based routing protocols (OSPF and BGP).
3. Apply core load balancing principles as well as Transport and Application Layer principles (persistence, monitoring [TCP, HTTP, HTTPS], cookies, etc.).
4. Ensure network reliability and availability through well-planned and implemented solutions.
5. Improve network manageability and scalability.
6. Develop, maintain, and support networks in NSX/NSX-T.
7. Monitor the automation of network deployment and configuration, along with the integration of infrastructure (compute/storage) automation.
8. Monitor integration with other software-defined networking technologies.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
