Job Title: Project Sales Senior Executive (Grade L1) – ACP & Building Materials Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 2 to 6 years in Project Sales within the Building Materials sector Salary: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum (LPA), commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from project Sales Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage with potential clients, including construction & Civil engineering firms, architects, and Builders. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure repeat business. Product Expertise & Consultation: Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific project requirements. Advise on the selection and application of ACPs Product LineOversee the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Utilize this information to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project statuses. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and enhance brand visibility. Required Skills & Qualifications: Project Coordination: Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Brand Representation: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Industry Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in project sales within the building materials, Construction Chemical, ceramics, tiles, Sanitaryware, Building hardware industry, with a focus on ACPs and related products. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ACPs Product lines and also Ability to provide technical guidance to clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Marathi is a plus.Proven ability to negotiate contracts and present proposals effectively to clients.Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and project site visits.
