Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Project Sales Manager to drive sales across our real estate and construction verticals, with a strong focus on interior solutions including tiles, sanitaryware, and furniture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the building materials ecosystem and a proven ability to manage complex B2B and B2C sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project-based sales for residential and commercial developments, including core construction and interior fit-outs.
  • Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and institutional clients.
  • Drive sales of tiles, sanitaryware, modular furniture, and other interior products alongside real estate and construction offerings.
  • Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure product alignment with client needs and project timelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor positioning.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes: lead generation, client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in project sales within (real estate, construction, or building materials tiles, sanitaryware, furniture).
  • Strong network of industry professionals including architects, builders, and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in turnkey interior project sales or fit-out solutions.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and design trends.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client locations.
