Job Title: Project Sales Manager Construction, Interiors & Building Materials Location: [Delhi/NCR] Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Head of Sales / Business Director Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Project Sales Manager to drive sales across our real estate and construction verticals, with a strong focus on interior solutions including tiles, sanitaryware, and furniture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the building materials ecosystem and a proven ability to manage complex B2B and B2C sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: Lead project-based sales for residential and commercial developments, including core construction and interior fit-outs. Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and institutional clients. Drive sales of tiles, sanitaryware, modular furniture, and other interior products alongside real estate and construction offerings. Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure product alignment with client needs and project timelines. Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor positioning. Manage end-to-end sales processes: lead generation, client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures. Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management. Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in project sales within (real estate, construction, or building materials tiles, sanitaryware, furniture). Strong network of industry professionals including architects, builders, and channel partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Attributes: Experience in turnkey interior project sales or fit-out solutions. Knowledge of local building codes and design trends. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client locations.
