Job Description

Role Purpose.

Key Responsibilities: Corporate Key Account Management

  • Own and manage relationships with major corporates, large developers, and high-value institutional clients.
  • Act as the single point of contact for mapped corporate accounts understanding their project pipeline, preferences, and long-term requirements.
  • Drive account penetration through regular engagements, presentations, and solution-based selling.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Build strong networks with architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers to influence specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and tailored solutions to facilitate approvals and business closures.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Analyze project and account financials; support pricing, proposal creation, and negotiation processes.
  • Ensure optimum commercial terms and margin protection on each project.

Customer / External Orientation

  • Deeply understand client needs, pain points, and buying behaviour to deliver client-centric project solutions.
  • Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key corporate stakeholders.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed client and project documentation, including targeted key account strategies.
  • Secure BOQs from key accounts and track each project through all lifecycle stages.
  • Maintain updated databases of corporate customers, active projects, and potential leads.
  • Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and proposal meetings with corporates.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, project, and technical teams to drive closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demand patterns.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Interface with regulatory bodies for project approvals and compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors during execution to ensure timely progress.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in

    Corporate Key Account Management

    in Building Materials / Projects segment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and solution-selling capabilities.
  • Ability to manage high-value relationships and complex project cycles.
  • Technical understanding of uPVC/Aluminum windows, doors, faades (preferred).
  • Problem-solving, customer-centric approach, and strong ownership as an Individual Contributor.
