Maintaining high-quality service standards and enforcing organizational guidelines is a key responsibility. You should possess strong closing skills, excel in client relationship management, and have excellent presentation and communication abilities. Client acquisition, retention, and enhancement are at the core of this position. Your experience with various categories such as contractors, HNI individuals, house owners, architects, structure consultants, and project management consultants will be valuable. Regular meetings with civil contractors, interiors contractors, and other stakeholders are necessary to achieve sales targets in project sales. Conducting technical and commercial meetings with clients on behalf of the company, preparing BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices, and identifying upcoming projects to include our products in project BOQ are vital tasks. Competitive intelligence gathering in the local market will enhance your understanding of both local and global competitors. Maintaining proactive follow-ups with existing clients, having experience in the construction chemical and building material industry, and fostering strong relationships with builders, architects, and contractors are essential. Previous experience in project sales, good communication skills, and a proactive approach are highly desirable for this role.
