Job Title: Project Sales Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business opportunities for electrical products in real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
Develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, MEP consultants, and project managers.
Promote and sell wires, cables, lighting solutions, fans, and electrical equipment for large-scale projects.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure project sales.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Coordinate with the supply chain, operations, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and project progress in CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
4+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in electrical and electronics equipment.
Strong knowledge of project-based selling and B2B sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Existing connections with builders, contractors, and consultants are a plus.
Ability to work independently and travel within Hyderabad and nearby regions.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
