Business Development
Channel and Influencer Engagement
Customer Service
Network Management.

About the Role:

Responsible for achieving agreed
Project Sales Targets/Objectives
for the assigned territory.
Handle all
project segments
including Builders, CHS, Factories, Hotels, etc.
Ensure
timely payment collection
from project dealers.
Manage the
project funnel
to maintain visibility of monthly, quarterly, and annual business potential.
Achieve all
network-related targets
(new sites, cold calling, timely payment collections, etc.).
Drive
business development
, influencer, and channel engagement activities.
Monitor and report
competitor activities
(promotions, price changes, new products, dealer openings, and market initiatives).
Communicate and drive all
project schemes and contests
among stakeholders.
Work closely with
Contractors, Builders, Architects, Interior Decorators, and Retailers
to grow project sales.
Deliver high standards of
customer service
through regular site visits, complaint resolution, and commercial reconciliations.
Maintain strong
customer relationship management
across all project stakeholders.
