Project Program Associate Director

You are invited to join NTT DATA as a Project Program Associate Director in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). With overall 10-15 years of experience, including five or more years in project management and Agile/Scrum management, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects, particularly in Azure, Java/.Net, Microservices, and other integration skills. As a Project Program Associate Director, your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and defining project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders - Creating comprehensive project plans and ensuring milestones are met while upholding quality standards - Assigning and tracking daily tasks of team members to meet established milestones - Monitoring project progress, preparing detailed reports, and communicating status, issues, and risks to stakeholders - Managing budgeting and forecasting to ensure projects stay within approved budgets - Demonstrating exceptional skills in risk management, leadership, time management, and organization - Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution - Conducting post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements - Maintaining strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines - Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications required for the role: - Strong experience in change management principles and implementation - Proven success working with all levels of management - Preferred skills in the insurance industry - Experience in proposal building and negotiation - Excellent presentation skills About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
