Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and update project schedules (Primavera/MS Project or equivalent).
Track project milestones, site progress, and identify delays or bottlenecks.
Visit sites regularly to monitor civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to management.
Interface with client representatives to resolve site-level issues.
Draft contractual letters including delay notifications, extension of time, claims, and clarifications.
Ensure contractual obligations are monitored and communicated to site/project teams.
Support project cash flow monitoring by linking progress with billing milestones.
Coordinate internally with design, procurement, and execution teams to maintain schedule adherence.
