Project Planning Engineer

As a Planning Manager & Project Coordinator at our company in Sector 47, Gurugram, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in project planning, scheduling, and coordination within the Signage Manufacturing and Installation industry. Your expertise in project management tools, budgeting, billing, and stakeholder engagement will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects. - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. - Create flowcharts and checklists for site activities to monitor quality and timelines. - Assist in budget preparation, variations, and EOT documentation. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to finalize requirements and specifications. - Prepare progress reports on project status, material submittals, and construction milestones. - Oversee quality parameters and address project delays effectively. - Ensure seamless communication between teams to achieve project goals. - Support project teams in identifying and mitigating planning and execution risks. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent. - Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of project planning tools like MS Project and advanced Excel.
