Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer to support our signage and façade execution teams by developing accurate 3D models, extracting detailed 2D drawings, and assisting in coordination with architects, PMCs, and clients. The role is crucial in minimizing rework, resolving clashes, and ensuring high-precision fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage BIM models for signage, façades, and architectural branding elements using Revit and AutoCAD.

· Prepare detailed shop drawings, GA drawings, and fixing details based on architectural and structural inputs.

· Perform clash detection with architectural and structural models, and coordinate resolution with internal and external teams.

· Support the site team by issuing timely drawing sets for fabrication and installation.

· Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and coordinate submittals for client/PMC approvals.

· Ensure all modeling is aligned with project standards, specifications, and LOD requirements.

Key Requirements:

· Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / or relevant field.

· 2+ years experience in BIM modeling (Revit), preferably for signage, aluminium works, façades, or interiors.

· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks (for clash detection).

· Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and interpret them into accurate 3D signage models.

· Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

· Knowledge of drawing submission protocols for large-scale projects (preferred: experience with L&T/MACE or similar PMCs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
