Job Title: BIM Engineer (Revit) Cleanroom & Pharma Projects

Role Overview:

BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed 3D models using

  Revit

  for cleanroom, HVAC, or architectural systems
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and MEP engineers for

  design coordination

• Generate drawings, layouts, sections, and construction documents
  
• Participate in

  clash detection

  , issue resolution, and design reviews
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure models are up-to-date with project requirements
  
• Support design changes and construction updates as needed
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in

  Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering

• 4+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  BIM and Revit

• Pharma/cleanroom experience is a

  plus

  , but not mandatory
• Good understanding of

  HVAC, architecture, or industrial building systems

• Ability to work independently and in team settings
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
